Even a 5 minute workout is enough to keep your body toned and you spirits high. When sticking to a workout plan or schedule it’s important to keep a routine and consistency. When you lose this you break the habit! Maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle is all about creating new habits and routines and once you do this – it can feel simple!
